Scouting in the tropics provides youth members with an amazing backdrop while they discover all the great things that Scouting has to offer. The region proudly consists of 14 Scout Groups, catering to youth members from 6yrs to 26yrs, while also providing adult members with training and valuble memories to last a lifetime.

Scouting in Queensland has been firmly established for over a century, and in this time has been committed to persuing it's fundamental Aim, which is still as relevant today as when first outlined - 'To encourage and promote the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development of young people so that they take a constructive place in society as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities, all while having a great time'
